We take patient confidentiality seriously at Oak End Dental Clinic and all personal information is treated in the strictest confidence. Only members of staff have access to patient information. Staff are trained and up to date in how to handle your personal information securely.
Complaints Procedure:
We aim to make your experience at the practice as pleasureable as possible. However, should you have any complaints, please contact our reception staff who will be able to deal with your complaint and talk you through our complaint procedure.

We endeavour to see all patients and the dental clinic has been designed so that patients with disabilities can easily access care.
